Thomas “Tom” Marrazza is a real estate broker, developer, and entrepreneur whose career spans more than three decades across residential and commercial real estate.
He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with honors from The New School in New York City and pursued additional studies at New York University in Florence, Italy. His appreciation for architecture, design, and distinctive spaces has influenced his work throughout his career.
Tom established a contracting company in 1983, participating in residential development projects in Southern New Jersey. In 1998, he founded professional photography studios in Manhattan serving the fashion and publishing industries.
In 2004, he founded a Miami real estate brokerage focused on luxury properties. His ventures have also extended to The Bahamas, including boutique hospitality and real estate development on Eleuthera.
Today, Tom brings a broad investment perspective and hands-on experience to the clients and projects he serves.
